Well-designed online learning is a powerful force, and virtual learning environments can help address many forms of inequality. E-Learning can connect people with the skills they need to reach their personal and professional goals, and I absolutely love facilitating that connection.

I got my start in journalism, copy writing and managing early childhood programs. Each professional chapter brought me closer to instructional design, which is essentially strategic communication grounded in learning theory. I enjoy using new approaches grounded in current research.
